Initially we'll be asking questions such as; size of the build, site location, building usage, etc. so it's a good idea to have these basic answers ready when you first make contact.
This is where it gets interesting! The Technology we have at our fingertips is truly astonishing. Once we've gathered a baseline of size and shape, our designers will get started on a first draft.
The outcome of this first draft will be emailed to you in the form of clear 3D visuals, detailed panel plans, and an exact price for the frame in hand. The plans will outline the exact dimensions of every panel, post, and opening with pinpoint accuracy.
Our factory is kitted out with the latest manufacturing technology. Working very closely with FRAMECAD, we've invested heavily in top of the range machinery and regimented processes to maximise productivity. Our first-rate efficiency is the reason we're able to offer our frames at top prices at such short notice.
If you're starting from scratch, it may be worth considering a more innovative foundation type. We supply and install ground screws to be used similar to piling. This method has countless benefits; no digging, no waste to remove or dispose of, several days of back breaking ground works saved, and not to mention that Ground-screws are also drastically cheaper than concrete!
However, many of our customers come to us with an empty concrete base that is waiting for a building to be placed on top, or a rickety old shed begging to be replaced with a bigger and stronger structure built to last a lifetime. Either way we'll ensure the base is level, and once we're happy, fix our frames to floor using concrete screws piloted through the steel.
Go time!! By this stage your frame will be numbered by panel on site with the plans, ready to build! To save time, you may wish for us to stand the frame up for you, especially if it's the first time you've worked with us.
Depending on size and foundation type, this step is almost always completed in 1-3 days.
Every customers needs are different. Regardless of how, you'll need that frame on-site! And we have Site Delivery - We are pleased to be able to offer our delivery service to the whole of the UK!
Collection - Our frames are designed with delivery in mind. You are more than welcome to collect a frame in 'Stick-Form' to put in the back of your van, or load the ready-made panels onto your trailer or tuck.
